Pink & Black Wedding Cupcake Tower

Pink & Black Wedding Cupcake Tower
Last weekend’s wedding cupcake tower. I had to deal with a catastrophe because the air con in the function suite was broken and it was roasting hot in there. I had a panic attack because the cream cheese frosting started to melt and slide off the cupcakes argh! There were 2 dozen casualties in the end. The hotel were not helpful at all, so thank goodness the bride’s family came to see how it was all going and told me there was another room I could set the cakes up in that DID have air conditioning, otherwise all the carrot cupcakes would’ve been lost…

Flavours were:
Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream
Apple & Cinnamon with Vanilla Buttercream
Carrot Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

I’m never using cream cheese frosting again!
